I did it!
The conclusion is edited and now in my final final folder!
I am now to spend my day collating the thesis into one doc, with my maps, abbreviations, acknowledgements and all that lovely gumph! OHHHHH WHEEEEE!
No more shitty editing! No mooooooorrrrrrreeeeeee!
well, I do have the final read through and i am already aware that there are two points I need to add to the thesis but that is all part of the point of a FINAL read through. :)

Do you think?! I have, haven't I? I am waiting for something to pull the rug out from under me but am pretty sure that I have got and edited a thesis, whatever happens... Ooooh!

It really is just a bit of slog now -- don't change anything unless it's a spelling mistake. You are done and I'm so excited for you! My viva got postponed (was meant to be yesterday) until first week of Feb. So our vivas might be close together! I am convinced I will fail, tbh -- but apparently that's what everyone says (?).

Oh how annoying for you - the viva set-up does seem a bit fly-by-your-pants.
Am glad everyone thinks they will fail, that means we are normal and not necessarily going to fail... I hope! Is better to go in thinking that and being defensive than thinking it brilliant and getting a shock when they pick it apart anyway.
References day today, is an evil thing but better than writing :) Good luck for the viva and happy christmas to you and yours!
